Ship it
Take your package to any Peters & May location for drop-off. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Refund Policy
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused, and in resalable condition. All returns must include the original product packaging, along with any accompanying literature, documentation, and tags. We reserve the right to decline returns or apply additional fees at our discretion if items are incomplete or not returned in their original condition.

The cost of the label will be calculated and deducted from your refund when it is issued.

Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order for the items you would like. Your returned items will be processed as a refund to your original payment method.
This helps ensure your desired items remain in stock and allows you to receive your new order more quickly.
What is the new condition?
Wearables & Apparel:
Any merchandise that has been worn beyond an initial fitting or outside the home is considered used and is not eligible for return. Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are also non-returnable.
Parts:
Any part that has been installed, or shows any indication of installation attempts, is not eligible for return.
Non-Refundable:
Inflatable boats, outboard motors, liferafts, EPIRBs, trailers, Torqeedo batteries, Torqeedo chargers and gateways, replacement tubesets, opened software, programmed transponders, items with expiration dates, cut goods, products with broken seals, software unlock codes, customer-specific items, close-out or discontinued products, specially ordered items, and gift certificates are non-returnable. If any of these items arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery or within 5 days for Peters & May shipments. Please note that we are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days from the delivery date.
Defective Products / Warranty Information.
Most items we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you experience any issues with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance and troubleshooting, or reach out to us via email or by calling +44 (7427) 154-116. We will coordinate with both you and the manufacturer to help resolve the issue. Please note that for Peters & May deliveries, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt.
